Oceans & Company recruits the experienced Corporate and Investment banker Lars-K. Schlomberg to expand its Real Estate Finance Division.
Effective 1st October 2022, Oceans & Company is appointing Lars-K. Schlomberg, 38, as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Finance. As a long-standing Corporate & Investment Banker, he has more than 15 years of experience in structured finance and capital markets business, and as a senior banker he has advised large midmarket and global companies. In his previous roles at BNP Paribas, Lloyds Banking Group and Intesa Sanpaolo IMI, he was responsible for acquiring and implementing a wide range of complex capital market and financing transactions in various sectors.
As Managing Director, Lars-K. Schlomberg will head the Real Estate Finance Division and assume responsibility for the existing team. Together with its Managing Director, Joachim von Rheinbaben, he reinforces Oceans & Company’s position as the leading consultancy for commercial financing solutions in the German real estate market. With his experience, he will also continue to drive the growth and development of Oceans & Company in other areas as part of its management team.
