The Oceans Investment Advisory team advised on the off-market sale of a logistics and warehouse property in Leverkusen-Fixheide to a joint venture of PGIM Real Estate and investment manager AVENTOS. Oceans & Company acted on behalf of the seller.
The building complex is located in the middle of one of the most densely populated regions in Germany with very good connections to the national motorways A1 and A3. On a site area of 45,000 sqm, the property offers a lettable area of around 25,000 sqm - distributed over 11 interconnected halls. The purchaser plans to reposition the property, which was previously used by large tenants, into a modern and sustainable multi-tenant structure.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
