Akbank AG, a subsidiary of Tuerkey’s Akbank T.A.Ş, is taking a letting of approximately 1,700 sqm of office space in Eschborn’s Horizon Tower, relocating its headquarters from the city centre. It will move into the premises on the 11th floor of the 23-storey building in Spring 2020. Oceans & Company acted as adviser to the owner, a fund managed by J.P. Morgan.
