Oceans’ real estate finance division successfully advised on the EUR 70 million portfolio refinancing for PREOS Real Estate AG, an active investor focusing on office properties.
The PREOS real estate portfolio comprises assets in the metropolitan regions of Munich, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart with total lettable space of c. 55,000 sqm and remaining lease terms of more than 8 years on average.
Proceeds of the financing – provided by Hamburg Commercial Bank (HCOB) – are used for both refinancing purposes and further expansion of the existing portfolio.
