The Oceans & Company’s Real Estate Finance team successfully advised Global Gate Capital (“GGC”) on the sourcing and execution of senior debt on a portfolio of four logistics properties located in Biebesheim, Gross-Gerau, Herford and Obertshausen (toegther the "BOCH portfolio").
The fully and long-term occupied portfolio consists of modern, high quality logistics warehouse, cross dock and light industrial properties with a net rental area of approximately 70,000 sqm.
GGC has owned the portfolio since 2015 and took advantage of the favourable financing environment for this asset class to obtain attractive refinancing conditions.
Signing and closing of the refinancing took place in December 2020.
