On behalf of Deutsche Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft (DRESTATE), Oceans & Company successfully marketed the multi-tenant office and retail property with a lettable area of roughly 9,000 sqm.
The transaction attracted considerable attention from both domestic and international investors.
The new owner of the Rahmhof intends to refurbish the office and retail space and manage the building to a fully let core investment product.
