Oceans & Company clinches yet another opportunistic office deal in Frankfurt.

The Estrella trading centre, a 6-storey building located at the gateway to Frankfurt's City West district has been purchased by the Chinese Fosun Group together with its London-based partner Resolution Property. The 30,000 sqm building was built in 2004 as a trading centre for the traditional investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and still offers state-of-the-art technical fit-out. It will be repositioned in 2017 by way of an innovative space and marketing concept.

Oceans & Company has been advising the owner on the international marketing process.
