FBC is a classic office high-rise from the 1980s. At a height of 143 metres, it is a dominant feature of the Frankfurt skyline. The main tenant in the building is the international law firm Clifford Chance. In a joint mandate with an international real estate agency, we were exclusively instructed to offer the property on the market for sale in an extensive bidding process. For this challenging task, Oceans & Company developed a new concept with the firm of architects MOW, transforming FBC into a highly modern office tower. Oceans integrated the innovative results of this study into its Information Memorandum and offered the property to national and international investors by means of a bidding process. The property was successfully sold.
