Zürich has taken a new lease of around 18,000 sqm space in Frankfurt's Pollux building

The Pollux building has achieved a further significant letting success with the new lease of 17 of the building's 32 floors to the Zürich Group. This completes the full letting of the Blackstone-owned building with over 33,000 sqm. The other tenants include AON, Lavazza and the Frankfurter FinTech Quartier.

Oceans & Company has been advising the owner on the repositioning of the building for the last 9 months.
