Once again, the ‘die welle’ office building in Frankfurt has announced additions to its international tenant profile and following several lettings, has managed to secure a long-term reduction in its vacancy rate. die welle is exclusively marketed by Oceans & Company.
The global HR agency Hays AG has opted to lease around 3,000 sqm of office space in the property after completing a comprehensive stay-or-go analysis and inherent review of the entire ‘City Banking District’.
This decision was made not just because of the opportunity to accommodate all existing employees and the future expansion plans on one floor, but also because of the exceptionally high building standard and therefore high-quality working environment. In addition, both the staff and applicants of the HR agency will benefit from the very attractive location in the heart of downtown Frankfurt.
die welle also confirmed a letting by the Düsseldorf architectural firm, HPP Architekten GmbH. The firm is engaged in the construction of a major project in the centre of Frankfurt and has rented approx. 440 sqm of office space.
Furthermore, four existing tenants have decided to expand, leasing approx. 2,100 sqm of additional office space.
