According to the Immobilien Zeitung, the H&M Distribution Center transaction in Hamburg-Allermöhe, managed by Oceans & Company, is one of the most surprising deals of 2015. The Swedish fashion company's largest logistics centre worldwide was sold by CA Immo AG to the Korean asset manager ADF in November 2015.
