Hyundai was looking for a new flagship store for Germany on Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt in order to refresh the brand experience. The area for the search was clearly defined. We were commissioned to identify all options (like new existing properties, refurbishments and projects) and to present these to the national and international management boards. In a second step, we sought comparable offers for the most interesting locations. The pros and cons were considered and the decision made to secure a car showroom previously operated by a different international car brand, which would be altered and refurbished in accordance with new brand image.
