Oceans & Company has let a further 3,200 sqm in the property 'die welle'
When searching for suitable office space, the location of the property and size of premises available was of particular importance to the client. Through our mandate to market 'die welle', the client was won over by the prime city centre location and the unique offer of a large area of open-plan space. This new letting is further evidence of the fact that the implementation of the repositioning concept is not only of benefit to space on the upper floors, but can also benefit the entire property. A total of over 8,500 sqm has now been let over the last few months. Oceans & Company is letting the property as part of a joint instruction on behalf of the owner AXA.
